What Is Storage and Drainage Board?
A storage and drainage board is a multifunctional geosynthetic product designed to collect, store, and drain excess water in construction and landscaping systems. Made from high-strength HDPE or polystyrene, it features a dimpled or cup-shaped surface that allows temporary water retention while providing continuous drainage.
Commonly used in green roofs, podium gardens, basement walls, tunnels, and sports fields, it helps manage rainwater, reduces hydrostatic pressure, and protects waterproof layers.

The convex structure forms a continuous cavity layer, which quickly drains surface water and infiltration water, significantly reduces the hydrostatic pressure of the underground structure, and prevents water erosion.
